Job summary

Everpure is seeking a senior systems software engineer to join the front-end fabrics team working on enterprise hardware platforms and software-defined data-center infrastructure. You will shape architecture across hardware, OS, storage, networking, and distributed systems while delivering robust, scalable products.

You will own the platform lifecycle from bring-up and validation through deployment, upgrades, and fleet reliability, partnering with hardware engineers, OS developers, and customers

Qualifications

• BS/MS in EE/CE/CS or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in C and C++, including OO design and modern C++ (C++11+).
• Strong Python skills for build/test automation and diagnostics.
• Experience with Go and/or Rust is a plus.
• Interest in storage and networking protocols, data-center hardware, and distributed systems.
• Experience leading teams or technical initiatives.
• Hands-on hardware platform experience from bring-up to production support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture and design requirements to improve performance, scalability, and fleet-level efficiency.
• Design, implement, debug, and deliver user-space software in C/C++ for storage, networking, and data-center architectures.
• Develop and improve remote server-management with standards such as Redfish.
• Design and enhance RAS features for reliable, scalable operation.
• Build software components and tooling in C, C++, Python, Go, and Rust.
• Work hands-on with hardware during bring-up, debugging, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers and OS developers to define specs and ensure hardware-software integration.
• Engage with customers and partners to resolve issues and drive delivery.
• Lead technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
• Improve engineering practices, automation, observability, and readiness across lifecycle.
