CharterUP, LLC. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to design, source, and cost transportation solutions for large Enterprise opportunities.

The role partners with Sales, Operations, and leadership to balance cost, feasibility, service quality, and risk across complex shuttle programs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in transportation or strategic sourcing, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple sourcing opportunities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, strategic sourcing, procurement, or related operational environment.
• Preferred transportation industry experience in passenger transport, shuttle, transit, or mobility sectors.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into sourcing strategies and cost models.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with pricing, market data, and operations.
• Proven negotiation skills with suppliers or vendors.

Responsabilités

• Own sourcing for complex Enterprise opportunities across shuttle programs, events, transit programs, and other large-scale engagements.
• Evaluate scopes to determine requirements, feasibility, and constraints.
• Develop accurate program cost models based on full operational scope.
• Create sourcing strategies balancing cost, quality, capacity, and client needs.
• Lead commercial negotiations with operator partners to secure favorable terms.
• Build and maintain strong operator relationships to support Enterprise growth.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales and Operations for handoffs and program launches.
• Document sourcing activity and maintain data accuracy in CharterUP systems.
