Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a data-driven Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to design, source, and cost transportation solutions for large enterprise opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales and Operations to define requirements, build program costs, and identify optimal operator partners for complex shuttle programs and events.

The ideal candidate has a strong sourcing background in transportation or mobility, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, strategic sourcing, procurement, or related operational fields.
• Experience in passenger transportation, shuttle, transit, motorcoach, or mobility operations preferred.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into sourcing strategies and cost models.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for complex Enterprise opportunities across recurring shuttle programs and large events.
• Evaluate transportation scopes to determine requirements, constraints, and feasibility.
• Develop accurate program cost models based on full scope and requirements.
• Create sourcing strategies balancing cost, feasibility, service quality, and capacity.
• Identify and evaluate operator partners for pricing, capabilities, and fit.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and terms.
• Build strong operator relationships to support growth and supply quality.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales for sourcing inputs in proposals and RFPs.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Enterprise Operations and document commitments.
