CharterUP, LLC. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to design, source, and cost transportation solutions for large Enterprise opportunities.

The role partners with Sales and Operations to align customer requirements with feasible, cost-effective operator solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in transportation or procurement, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and experience in complex service environments.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in transportation, mobility, logistics, strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
• Experience with complex transportation operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data
• Experience negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing opportunities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Own sourcing for complex Enterprise opportunities across shuttle programs, events, transit programs, and large-scale engagements.
• Evaluate transportation scopes to determine requirements and feasibility.
• Develop accurate cost models based on full operational scope.
• Develop sourcing strategies balancing cost, feasibility, service quality, and risk.
• Evaluate operators based on pricing, geography, capabilities, and service history.
• Lead commercial negotiations with operator partners to secure pricing and terms.
• Solve complex supply challenges with creative, executable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong operator relationships for long-term growth.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales to provide sourcing strategy and program costs for proposals.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Operations for smooth handoffs when opportunities turn into programs.
• Support escalations needing sourcing expertise or operator support.
• Maintain accurate sourcing data in CharterUP’s systems.
• Use market intelligence to improve sourcing turnaround, competitiveness, and capacity.
