Job summary

CharterUP is hiring a Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to design, source, and cost transportation solutions for large Enterprise opportunities. This remote-first role requires residing in CharterUP’s approved states and collaborating with Sales and Operations to deliver cost-effective programs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience in transportation or strategic sourcing, strong analytical skills, and proven negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms with operator partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Experience with complex transportation operations and vendor management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and cost-modeling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for complex Enterprise opportunities across shuttle programs, events, and large-scale transportation engagements.
• Develop program cost models based on full scope and requirements.
• Lead commercial negotiations with operator partners to secure competitive pricing and terms.
• Build strong operator relationships and provide inputs to Sales, Operations, and leadership.
• Document sourcing activities and use market intelligence to improve competitiveness.
