Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a data-driven Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to support design, sourcing, and costing of transportation solutions for large Enterprise opportunities. This remote-first role requires residence in CharterUP’s approved states and close collaboration with Sales, Operations, and leadership.

You’ll own sourcing across shuttle programs, events, and transit programs, build cost models, and lead negotiations to balance cost, feasibility, and service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or another relevant operational environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with Excel or Google Sheets and comfort with pricing, operational, and market data.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience negotiating pricing, terms, or service agreements with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for complex Enterprise opportunities across recurring shuttle programs, major events, transit programs, and other large-scale or time-sensitive transportation engagements.
• Develop accurate and comprehensive program cost models based on the full operational scope and requirements of each opportunity.
• Lead commercial negotiations with operator partners to secure competitive pricing and terms while protecting CharterUP’s requirements.
