CharterUP is hiring a Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to design, source, and cost transportation solutions for large Enterprise opportunities. You will partner with Sales, Operations, and leadership to balance cost, feasibility, service quality, and risk, driving optimal supplier partnerships and program success.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, negotiation prowess, and experience in transportation or mobility procurement, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes

Qualificações

• 5+ years in transportation, mobility, logistics or procurement.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with pricing data.
• Ability to translate requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own sourcing for complex Enterprise opportunities across recurring shuttle programs, major events, transit programs, and other large-scale transportation engagements.
• Understand and evaluate transportation scopes to determine operational requirements, sourcing needs, constraints, and feasibility.
• Develop accurate program cost models based on full scope and requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies balancing cost, feasibility, service quality, capacity, and client requirements.
• Identify and evaluate transportation operators based on price, geography, capabilities, capacity, service history, and fit for the opportunity.
• Lead commercial negotiations with operator partners to secure pricing and terms while protecting CharterUP’s needs.
• Solve complex supply challenges with creative, executable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong operator relationships to support Enterprise growth.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales to provide sourcing strategy, program costs, feasibility, market intelligence.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Operations for smooth handoffs when opportunities become programs.
• Support escalations requiring sourcing expertise or operator relationships.
• Maintain accurate sourcing and pricing data in CharterUP systems.
