Job summary

CharterUP, LLC. is seeking a data-driven Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to design, source, and cost transportation solutions for large Enterprise opportunities.

You will partner with Sales and Operations to understand customer requirements, build accurate program costs, and craft competitive sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in transportation or mobility sourcing, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation, mobility, logistics, or procurement.
• Experience translating requirements into sourcing strategies and cost models.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for complex Enterprise opportunities across shuttle programs and events.
• Evaluate scopes to determine requirements and feasibility.
• Develop program cost models based on full operational scope.
• Create sourcing strategies balancing cost, service quality and risk.
• Lead negotiations with operator partners for pricing and terms.
• Maintain operator relationships to support Enterprise growth.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales and Operations during RFPs and handoffs.
• Document sourcing activity and use market intelligence to improve results.
