Job summary

CharterUP is hiring a Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to design, source, and cost transportation solutions for large Enterprise opportunities. You will partner with Sales and Operations to define requirements, build cost models, and negotiate with operators.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, strategic thinking, and strong relationships with transport partners. This is a remote-first position with states approved for residency, supporting national Enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or similar.
• Transportation or mobility industry experience strongly preferred, especially in shuttle, transit, or motorcoach operations.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into sourcing strategies and cost models.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for complex Enterprise opportunities across recurring shuttle programs, events, and large-scale transportation engagements.
• Evaluate transportation scopes to determine requirements, constraints and feasibility.
• Develop program cost models based on full operational scope.
• Create sourcing strategies balancing cost, quality, and client requirements.
• Lead negotiations with operator partners to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Build strong operator relationships to support Enterprise growth.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales to provide sourcing inputs for proposals and RFPs.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Enterprise Operations when programs launch.
