CharterUP is seeking a data-driven Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to design, source, and cost transportation solutions for large Enterprise opportunities. You will partner with Sales and Operations to understand requirements, develop cost models, and build competitive program costs and sourcing strategies.

The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, with experience in transportation or mobility. Remote-first environment with approved states and occasional travel may apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or another relevant operational environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with Excel/Sheets and data handling.
• Experience negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers or vendors.

Responsabilités

• Own sourcing for complex Enterprise opportunities across recurring shuttle programs, major events, transit programs, and other large-scale engagements.
• Understand and evaluate transportation scopes to determine operational requirements, sourcing needs, feasibility.
• Develop accurate program cost models based on full operational scope.
• Develop sourcing strategies balancing cost, feasibility, service quality, capacity, and client needs.
• Identify and evaluate transportation operators based on pricing, geography, capabilities, and fit.
• Lead commercial negotiations with operator partners to secure pricing and terms.
• Solve complex supply challenges with creative, executable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong operator relationships for long-term growth.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales to provide sourcing strategy, costs, and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Operations for handoffs and communications on commitments and risks.
• Support escalations requiring sourcing expertise and operator relationships.
• Maintain accurate sourcing and pricing data in CharterUP systems.
• Use data to improve sourcing effectiveness, turnaround time, and capacity coverage.
• Identify emerging supply needs and opportunities as Enterprise grows.
