Job summary

CharterUP is transforming the $365 billion global group transportation market with an AI native platform. We are seeking a data-driven Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to design, source, and cost transportation solutions for large Enterprise opportunities.

The role partners with Sales and Operations to understand requirements, develop strategies, and build cost models. Remote-first with approved states; travel 5%-10% may be required. Strong negotiation and analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, strategic sourcing, procurement, or related field.
• Experience in transportation or mobility operations is strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into sourcing strategies and cost models.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for complex Enterprise opportunities across recurring shuttle programs and large events.
• Evaluate transportation scopes to determine requirements, feasibility, and constraints.
• Develop accurate program cost models based on full scope.
• Develop sourcing strategies balancing cost, feasibility, service quality and risk.
• Identify and evaluate operators by pricing, geography, capacity, and fit.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Build strong operator relationships to support Enterprise growth.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales and Enterprise Operations during RFPs and handoffs.
• Support escalations with additional sourcing expertise and relationships.
• Maintain accurate sourcing and pricing data in CharterUP systems.
• Use market intelligence to improve sourcing efficiency and coverage.
• Identify emerging supply needs and opportunities as the business grows.
