CharterUP is seeking a data-driven Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to design, source, and cost transportation solutions for large enterprise opportunities. You’ll partner with Sales and Operations to understand requirements, assess feasibility, and develop competitive program costs.

The role emphasizes negotiations, risk assessment, and operator relationship building in a remote-first environment with a national footprint.

Formación

• 5+ years in transportation, mobility, logistics, or strategic sourcing.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into sourcing strategies and cost models.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own sourcing for complex Enterprise opportunities across shuttle programs and events.
• Evaluate scopes to determine requirements, feasibility, and constraints.
• Develop accurate program cost models based on full operational scope.
• Lead commercial negotiations with operator partners to secure favorable terms.
• Build strong operator relationships to support growth.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Sales and Operations throughout the process.
• Document sourcing activity and communicate risks and assumptions clearly.
