Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a data-driven Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to design, source, and cost transportation solutions for large enterprise opportunities. You will partner with Sales and Operations to understand requirements, develop cost models, and secure competitive terms with operator partners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in transportation or strategic sourcing, excels in analytics and negotiation, and can manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation, mobility, or strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Experience building operator partnerships and cost models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for complex Enterprise opportunities across shuttle programs and events.
• Evaluate scopes, determine requirements, and assess feasibility.
• Develop program cost models based on operational scope.
• Create sourcing strategies balancing cost, service quality, and risk.
• Lead negotiations with operator partners to secure favorable terms.
• Build strong operator relationships to support Enterprise growth.
• Partner with Sales and Operations through the RFP process.
