Job summary

PTC is seeking a Senior Solutions Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment and adoption of enterprise software for customers. You will guide implementations from discovery and solution design through deployment, training, and go-live support, coordinating with customers, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

This role requires consulting expertise, technical aptitude, and project leadership to maximize value and deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing enterprise software in consulting/technical delivery roles.
• Experience leading customer implementations end-to-end from requirements to adoption.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PLM implementations and Windchill preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to capture business needs and define implementation strategies.
• Translate requirements into scalable solution designs and implementation plans.
• Configure, deploy, and support enterprise software while aligning with goals and best practices.
• Manage implementation activities, timelines, risks, and deliverables with project teams.
• Facilitate testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive outcomes.
• Deliver customer training and enablement to support adoption.
• Serve as trusted advisor to resolve challenges and ensure project success.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
