- Knowledge of enterprise software integrations, data migrations, change management, and user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions and requirements workshops to understand business needs and define implementation strategies.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable solution designs and implementation plans.
- Configure, deploy, and support enterprise software solutions while ensuring alignment with customer goals and best practices.
- Partner with project teams to manage implementation activities, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Deliver customer training and enablement programs to support adoption and long-term success.
