PTC in the United States is seeking a Senior Solutions Implementation Consultant to lead deployment and adoption of enterprise software solutions for customers. You will design implementations from discovery through go-live, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring value realization.

You will run discovery sessions, translate requirements into scalable designs, manage risks, train users, and support adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise software implementations in consulting/tech delivery
• Experience leading customer implementations from requirements to deployment and adoption
• Experience with PLM solutions, Windchill preferred
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Responsabilités

• Lead customer discovery and requirements workshops
• Translate requirements into scalable solution designs and implementation plans
• Configure, deploy, and support enterprise software
• Manage implementation activities, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Facilitate testing, user acceptance, and go-live readiness
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success
• Deliver training and enablement programs for adoption
• Act as trusted advisor to customers and drive project success
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing
