Job summary
BetterUp is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to own platform-defining engagements for Fortune 100 deployments and complex multi-region deals. You will advise the executive leadership team on platform strategy, integration roadmap, and the long‑term design of the SE function, while bringing an external network of CIO/CISO/CFO relationships to accelerate enterprise opportunities.

Qualifications
- 15+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre‑Sales, or Technical Consulting at high-growth enterprise SaaS companies.
- External reputation in enterprise SE or HR Tech among CIO/CISO/CFO level peers.
- Rolodex of C‑suite and VP Engineering relationships to activate for strategic deals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as single-threaded owner for Fortune 100 deployments and multi-region deals.
- Advise ELT on platform strategy and long-term SE function design.
- Bring external CIO/CISO/CFO relationships into BETTERUP pipeline.
- Define integration and security narrative at the industry level for enterprise buyers.
- Oversee scaled SE coverage models and AI-driven SE tooling initiatives.
- Mentor SE leaders and GTM teams to elevate performance.
