Job summary

BetterUp is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to lead complex, Fortune 100 deployments and multi-region rollouts. You will act as a trusted advisor to the ELT on platform strategy, integration roadmap, and the long-term design of the SE function.

Bring a proprietary external network of CIO/CISO/CFO relationships to accelerate enterprise deals and shape industry-wide narratives. This role requires deep expertise in HRIS, LMS, SSO, API ecosystems, and enterprise compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Fifteen-plus years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting at high-growth enterprise SaaS companies.
• External reputation in enterprise SE or HR Tech, credible with CIO/CISO/CFO before a deal.
• Proven ability to advise executive leadership on platform strategy and SE function design.

Responsibilities

• Own for Fortune 100 deployments and multi-region rollouts; manage complex platform engagements.
• Advise ELT on platform strategy, integration roadmap, and SE function design.
• Build and leverage an external network of CIO/CISO/CFO relationships to accelerate enterprise deals.
