LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor to our Enterprise prospects and customers. You will own technical discovery, architecture design, and PoC delivery, crafting compelling value propositions for executives and technical stakeholders.

In this role, you will collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Product/Engineering teams to drive deals, mentor teammates, and influence the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, or systems architecture customer-facing role.
• Experience in SDLC, cloud architecture, or DevOps.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proven excellence in leading and documenting a proof of concept and building technical & deal champions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to present to executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience with security/compliance frameworks (PII, PCI, HIPAA) is a bonus.
• 50% travel required.

Responsabilités

• Drive technical discovery, architecture design, and PoC implementation during pre-sales.
• Partner with Account Executives to craft technical value propositions.
• Deliver high-impact demos, workshops, and proposals to C-suite and technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Relay customer feedback to Product/Engineering and influence roadmap.
• Lead cross-regional technical initiatives for global scalability.
• Represent LaunchDarkly at industry events and customer engagements.
