Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer on the Enterprise team to drive technical wins, influence purchasing decisions, and shape solutions for complex customers. Remote role with 50% travel, west coast based, reporting to the Sr. Director, Engineering- Enterprise.

You'll partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to architect value, uncover high-impact use cases, and contribute to product roadmap alignment while growing a high-performing, customer-focused field team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise-level technical sales leadership.
• Strong communication with executive and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own securing technical wins and influence purchasing decisions by architecting Axon's ecosystem solutions.
• Build deep relationships with executive and technical stakeholders as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.
• Identify high-value use cases and architect solutions addressing emerging operational needs.
• Deliver data-driven customer feedback to influence product roadmap prioritization.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
• Share best practices and develop team capabilities to continuously improve performance.
