Zusammenfassung

TeamViewer GmbH seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to connect our sales team with enterprise customers, delivering value through DEX, remote connectivity, and endpoint management. You will demonstrate capabilities, tailor content to customer requirements, and drive technical engagements that advance complex deals.

You will lead presales activities, create proposals and SOWs, and collaborate with partners to shape winning solutions.

Qualifikationen

10+ years in technology roles, incl 8+ years in technical sales, presales, solutions consulting, product management, technical support, or IT administration.
Proven experience selling SaaS solutions, incl DEX, UEM/Endpoint Management, Asset Management, Observability, Remote Connectivity, ITSM platforms.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT technologies and ITIL/ITSM workflows.

Aufgaben

Become SME on DEX, remote connectivity, and endpoint management.
Conduct product demos, webinars, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
Articulate technical value proposition, business benefits, and competitive differentiation.
Partner with sales to run discovery sessions and design tailored solutions.
Develop and deliver proposals, SOWs, and presales collateral (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
Contribute competitive intelligence and solution messaging for engagements.
Design, implement, and manage POVs and pilot programs with guidance.
