TeamViewer, a leading Digital Workplace platform, is seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer in Chicago, IL. You will own deep expertise in IT/DEX offerings, deliver tailored demos and webinars, and translate technical concepts into business value for varied audiences.

The role requires a relevant degree and 3+ years in pre-sales or enterprise IT consulting, with travel up to 30% expected. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments (endpoint management, remote connectivity, DEX).

Responsabilités

• Own deep expertise in TeamViewer’s IT and DEX portfolio.
• Deliver tailored demos, workshops, and webinars aligned to customer needs.
• Communicate technical and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead discovery to understand customer challenges and objectives.
• Design and present customized solutions leveraging TeamViewer capabilities.
• Develop proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation.
• Lead POV/POC and pilot engagements, providing hands-on guidance.
• Analyze results and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Sales throughout the sales cycle, including RFx responses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Stay current on industry trends and contribute feedback to product innovation.
