You will translate complex concepts for both technical and business audiences and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive solutions. The role requires 3+ years in pre-sales or enterprise IT consulting, strong IT environment knowledge, and travel up to 30%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• Own deep expertise in TeamViewer’s IT and DEX portfolio.
• Deliver tailored demos, workshops, and webinars aligned to customer needs.
• Communicate technical and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead discovery to understand customer challenges and objectives.
• Design and present customized solutions leveraging TeamViewer capabilities.
• Develop proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation.
• Lead POV/POC and pilot engagements, providing hands-on guidance.
• Analyze results and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Sales throughout the sales cycle, including RFx responses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Stay current on industry trends and contribute feedback to product innovation.
