Qualifications

• Experience in solutions engineering or technical client-facing roles.
• Strong background in REST APIs, frontend tech, and SDKs.
• Payments domain knowledge is essential.
• Ability to organize ambiguity into structured plans.
• Detail-oriented with multi-stakeholder project experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, accounts, and product teams to drive enterprise partner success.
• Lead pre-sales technical discovery and solution design for partners.
• Own post-sales integration planning and partner delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues and unblock launches; build partner relationships.
• Influence roadmap with Product and Engineering; drive automation.
