Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise sales or related commercial role within tech/payments/fintech.
• Experience owning enterprise opportunities from prospecting through expansion.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience closing enterprise agreements with multi-stakeholder buy-in.
• Ability to translate merchant needs into strategic deal strategy.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional deal teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Risk and Operations.
• Strong presentation skills to senior executives, including C-suite.
• Familiarity with payments, digital commerce, or consumer tech.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from strategy to expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives at global brands.
• Develop compelling, insight-led narratives linking Cash App/Afterpay capabilities to partner priorities.
• Lead complex deals with milestones, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined management.
• Create commercial strategies and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements informed by data.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple functions.
• Translate market insights into actionable product/go-to-market feedback.
• Represent Block at industry events and executive forums to grow the enterprise network.
• Maintain understanding of payments/commerce landscape and competitive dynamics.
• Deliver against ambitious revenue goals and build durable pipeline.
