Motive is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for the Enterprise team, focused on Mountain/Pacific regions with US-based remote work. You will partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, deliver tailored demos, and translate customer challenges into measurable outcomes.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience supporting Enterprise-level sales in a pre-sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales field role with 30%+ travel.
• Knowledge of value-based selling frameworks and solutions engineering methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and technical solution design.
