Job summary

Atlassian is building a distributed, high-growth Enterprise Sales team for LATAM. As a Principal Solutions Engineer, you will lead technical engagements from discovery to tailored demonstrations, helping Fortune 500 and large accounts understand how Atlassian AI and the System of Work can transform their workflows.

You will partner with Account Executives, guide solution architecture, and articulate business value to both technical and executive audiences, all within a remote, distributed-first

Qualifications

• Native fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• 8+ years in enterprise pre-sales/solutions engineering.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Experience with AI-enabled platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements and discovery sessions for LATAM Fortune 500/large enterprise accounts.
• Deliver value-based demos across stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to accelerate the sales cycle and provide regional insights.
• Champion Atlassian AI capabilities (Rovo) and the Teamwork Graph in customer conversations.
