Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales/solutions engineering capacity, handling complex, high-stakes deals.
- Native fluency in Spanish and English to support the LATAM market and internal global collaboration.
- Able to translate complex business problems into technical solutions that deliver value.
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to articulate the value of human-AI collaboration to customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead all technical engagements, discovery sessions, and value-based demonstrations in Spanish for LATAM customers.
- Partner with account teams and channel partners to manage Fortune 500 and large enterprise accounts across LATAM.
- Showcase Atlassian’s AI capabilities (Rovo) and the Teamwork Graph to transform workflows.
- Deliver customized demonstrations spanning deep technical details to executive-level vision pitches.
