Job summary

Cyberhaven in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to drive go-to-market efforts, lead prospect engagements, demos, and proofs of concept. Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or in similar pre-sales roles for enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with data protection and AI security solutions (DLP, IRM, DSPM, CASB, AI Security).
• Ability to demo and run POCs across multiple products within a platform.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architecture and secure deployment considerations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Enterprise Sales teams with opportunities in a pre-sales capacity from qualification through production hand-off. Generally, these accounts have more than 2,500 employees.
• Learn, create, and deliver compelling messaging and demonstrations of products and solutions that differentiate from competitors or legacy solutions, including how the platform secures data and AI use across the enterprise.
• Demonstrate multiple products within the platform in a single narrative, showing how they work together to solve complex business problems.
• Guide technical evaluations via POC ownership and manage the evaluation process to a successful conclusion.
• Advise customers on securing AI adoption, including emerging agentic AI use cases, and translate their risks into clear technical and business outcomes.
• Maintain key partner technical relationships and effectively enable and demonstrate channel partners to excel in a channel-driven sales model.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams on new feature releases and provide feedback on current feature capabilities based on field experience/input.
