Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or systems engineering within quota-driven environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers in complex sales cycles.
• Strong background in storage and storage-adjacent technologies.
• Deep knowledge of SAN, NAS, block, and file storage in on-prem environments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor across enterprise accounts in your territory.
• Partner with Enterprise Client Executives to build strategy, develop pipeline, and close business as one team.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and partner SEs; co-sell and co-strategize to win in the field.
• Lead deep discovery sessions to uncover real business challenges, gaps, and future-state goals.
• Architect and configure solutions across the NetApp portfolio tailored to customer environments.
• Support opportunities from net-new logos to long-cycle enterprise deals.
• Drive protect-and-expand motions within existing accounts and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Engage customers in AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery conversations.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Engineering, and Professional Services to deliver seamless outcomes.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to differentiate NetApp.
