Job summary

NetApp, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer who will own the technical relationship with customers, partnering with the Client Executive to drive outcomes across existing and new accounts.

You will design, architect, and configure solutions across enterprise environments, leading multiple deals with a high-energy, team-first approach. This role requires deep technical expertise in storage, hybrid cloud, and data protection, with strong discovery and cross-functional collaboration to

Qualifications

7+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or systems engineering in quota-driven roles.
Experience supporting enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers in complex sales cycles.
Strong background in infrastructure, storage, and storage-adjacent solutions.
Experience designing solutions within customer environments and translating requirements into deployable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor across enterprise accounts.
Partner with Enterprise Client Executives to build strategy and close business.
Build relations with channel partners and co-sell with partner SEs.
Lead discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and future goals.
Architect and configure solutions across the NetApp portfolio for customer environments.
Support opportunities from net-new logos to long-cycle enterprise deals.
Drive protect-and-expand motions within existing accounts.
