Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Sr. Consultant to drive major cloud and enterprise software implementations using OpenText and Microsoft platforms.

You will collaborate with customers, partners, and sales to deliver end-to-end solutions, document requirements, and guide technical design. Role emphasizes hands-on implementation, leadership, and cross-functional teamwork across platforms, with a strong focus on Azure, SQL, and modern cloud services.

Qualifications

6-8 years of Professional Services, consulting, or systems implementations within an enterprise software setting.
Experience with Microsoft technologies (AD, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Windows Servers) and/or cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365).
Expert knowledge of cloud implementations, systems administration, and troubleshooting on Microsoft platforms.
Strong networking and telecom (VoIP/FoIP/CUCM) infrastructure knowledge.
Experience with scripting/automation using PowerShell and SQL integration.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale enterprise system implementations involving OpenText products and related technologies.
Design, install, test, and support OpenText solutions per customer requirements.
Capture and document business requirements; analyse processes and identify inefficiencies.
Develop implementation requirements, functional specs, and SOWs/LOEs; provide technical leadership.
Act as escalation point for high-impact projects and mitigate risks.
Manage project timelines and client deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
Prioritize tasks and optimize workflows for productivity.
Create user documentation and training materials; develop SOPs.
