Job summary

OpenText is hiring a Services Solution Consultant to join our AI-driven information management team in the United States. You will serve as the technical trusted advisor between client directors and customers, co-create multi-year roadmaps, and design services solutions that translate outcomes into executable plans.

You will lead presales, coordinate delivery input, and shape deals toward long-term, multi-portfolio relationships, partnering with sales and delivery to drive value and expansion

Qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in at least one OpenText portfolio area (e.g., Content Management/ECS, ITOM, Cyber, or Digital Experience).
• Experience scoping, estimating, and structuring complex, multi-phase services engagements.
• Comfort operating at the intersection of sales and delivery, credible with executives and delivery architects.
• Strong consultative discovery skills; translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Track record building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical trusted advisor on our most strategic accounts, co-building a 2-5 year transformation vision with customers and keeping a rolling 6-9 month execution roadmap current and funded.
• Own the design of the services solution, including architecture, scope, assumptions, estimates, and approach, translating customer outcomes into an executable plan.
• Lead and coordinate the presales solution team, pulling together the technical and delivery input needed to design a coherent services solution.
• Shape deals away from one-off, single-product engagements toward multi-year, multi-portfolio Value+ relationships that grow both longer and broader.
• Partner closely with Client Directors and License Sales Managers, contributing the technical depth they rely on to structure and grow their most important accounts.
• Ensure a clean handover to delivery and stay engaged post-close to identify new value and expansion opportunities.
