Job summary

3Cloud is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive architecture and delivery across modernization programs leveraging Azure and AI capabilities. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solution designs, with increasing autonomy and delivery excellence.

The role emphasizes mentoring, presales contribution, and evolving reusable frameworks to deliver client value while maintaining cost efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• 2–5 years of consulting or engineering experience with Azure delivery.
• 2–5 years of AI solution delivery experience.
• Proficiency across Azure AI services, Databricks and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support solution architecture across modernization projects.
• Translate architecture guidance into actionable delivery tasks.
• Collaborate across App Innovation, Cloud Platform, and Data & AI teams.
• Execute delivery frameworks, code standards, and reusable patterns.
• Conduct design reviews and technical validation within delivery teams.
• Collaborate with architects, PMs and client stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Mentor junior consultants and engineers.
• Troubleshoot integration, performance and scalability issues.
• Apply Azure technologies to optimize maintainability, performance and cost.
• Participate in presales with technical estimates and insights.
• Manage workload to meet utilization goals while maintaining quality.
• Invest in thought leadership, knowledge-sharing and IP development.
