Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Senior Cloud Business Analyst to join the Managed Cloud Services team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and improving complex cloud-based business solutions to drive service excellence and platform stability for customers.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to transition new sales activity into deliverables with solid project schedules, while coaching staff and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Critical thinking and ability to collaborate is a must.
• Proficient in AI tools, design, and delivery.
• Ability to coach/mentor experienced technical resources.
• 8+ years of OT Cloud Services experience as Software Engineer with minimum 2 years supporting financial services customers.
• 8+ years in systems analysis, design, systems integration and development experience.
• 8+ years of Unix/Linux, and scripting (Expect, Perl and Shell) experience.
• Experience with open communications standards such as FTP, web services/HTTPS, AS2, SFTP; API experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Consult, review, and approve SDD documents and readiness review artifacts.
• Ensure quality of deliverables within SLO and Jira quality standards.
• Manage client expectations for all technical deliverables.
• Represent software team in Change Management processes.
• Champion AI-driven solutions and automation in Cloud Services.
