Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing roles such as Program Management, Account Management, or Customer Success in Professional Services or SaaS.
• Deep experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, or related domains.
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior customer stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and bias for action.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and drive execution with Sales.
• Comfortable operating in high-stakes, complex account environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance the customer success strategy for the assigned account across PS and product engagements.
• Establish an outcomes-oriented engagement plan aligned to the customer's evolving business priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Proactively surface emerging needs and provide strategic guidance across eDiscovery and related service areas.
• Lead internal coordination across PS, Product, Support, and Sales for seamless service execution.
• Drive successful execution of services in alignment with contractual obligations and outcomes.
• Identify and shape upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
