Job summary

Fortra is seeking a highly experienced Principal Professional Services Consultant to deliver successful implementations of Fortra’s software solutions. You will lead deployments, act as a trusted advisor, and mentor teams while building strong customer relationships.

Travel is required as you collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure deployments meet requirements, optimize interoperability, and drive value throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Professional Services or related field.
• Proven enterprise software implementation experience and customer-facing consulting.
• Advanced technical expertise in software platforms or related technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and resolution capabilities in customer environments.
• Ability to develop scripts, integrations, or automation utilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and implementation of Fortra software in customer environments.
• Act as trusted technical advisor throughout project lifecycle.
• Deliver consulting and technical support remotely and onsite.
• Gather requirements and develop deployment and rollout strategies.
• Mentor and coach Professional Services teams and promote best practices.
• Drive opportunities for service expansion with Sales and Customer Success.
