Fortra is seeking a Project Manager to lead deployment projects and coordinate teams to meet customer objectives. The role emphasizes strong project governance, risk management, and proactive collaboration with clients and consultants.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 2+ years in multi-phase projects with 3+ years in customer-facing roles. Traveling <5% may be required and the benefit package reflects industry standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or Similar Work Experience.
• PM Qualification such as PMP / Prince 2 / APM / ITIL Transition.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading multi-phased projects, ideally transitioning customers to service in a matrix environment.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service/facing industries.
• Proven experience of key project management skills on complex, dynamic, fast-paced projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ~20 deployment projects with varying scope simultaneously and effectively.
• Define project scope and goals with customers and build detailed project plans.
• Own project goals and proactively manage delivery for on-time, high-quality deployment.
• Coordinate internal and external teams of consultants and guide them to achieve goals.
• Maintain stakeholder communication on project progress via multiple channels.
