Job summary

Fortra is hiring a Project Manager to lead multiple deployment projects, coordinating customers and Fortra consultants through end-to-end delivery. You will translate business objectives into actionable project plans, manage risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires experience in project coordination, PMP/Prince2/APM/ITIL knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to learn Fortra products and adapt to evolving tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• PM qualification such as PMP / Prince 2 / APM / ITIL preferred.
• Minimum 2 years leading multi-phased projects, ideally transitioning customers to service in a matrix environment.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service/facing industries.
• Proven experience managing complex, dynamic, fast-paced projects with adaptability to roadblocks.
• Strong analytical and requirement evaluation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships inside and outside Fortra.
• Motivation to learn Fortra products and adapt to new tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage ~20 deployment projects concurrently with varying scope.
• Define project scope with customers and build detailed plans.
• Ensure on-time deployment and high quality for customer and Fortra.
• Coordinate internal and external consultant teams to meet goals.
• Communicate project progress through regular quality reporting.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain rigorous project control of scope, risks, and schedule.
• Train customers to maximize value from Fortra products and services.
• Identify risks early and escalate issues to drive successful outcomes.
• Maintain a utilization target of 85% or greater.
