Job summary

Fortra is seeking a Project Manager to lead deployment projects, coordinating a team of consultants and guiding customers through the deployment lifecycle. A strong knowledge of Fortra products and services is required to translate business objectives into actionable project work.

You will manage scope, risks, and timelines while maintaining customer satisfaction and robust stakeholder communication. Travel may be required to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading multi-phased projects, ideally transitioning customers to service in a matrix environment.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service/facing industries.
• Proven experience of key project management skills on complex, dynamic, fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage ~20 deployment projects with varying scope and ensure on-time delivery to high quality.
• Define project scope with customers and build detailed project plans to achieve goals.
• Proactively manage delivery, risks, dependencies, and schedule to meet customer outcomes.
• Coordinate internal and external consultant teams and guide them toward project goals.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders using quality reporting.
