Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to support enterprise customer engagements. You will serve as a hands-on advisor, leveraging product knowledge, industry experience, and strong communication to deliver customer ROI.

You will work with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and technical teams to design solutions that meet client needs and drive adoption of Salesforce Platform across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate rationale to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of developing audience-appropriate materials.
• Travel up to 25% as required by client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and guide complex technology deployments.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Architects to design technology solutions for enterprise customers.
• Contribute to program vision, case creation, and delivery monitoring across the program lifecycle.
