Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to partner with enterprise customers, translating business challenges into prescriptive Stripe solutions.

You’ll lead executive conversations, shape technology strategy, and drive monetization opportunities across Stripe’s product portfolio. You will work with account teams to align with customer roadmaps, craft end-to-end architectures, and expand Stripe’s footprint in the US market while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing engineering role at a global software enterprise.
• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales.
• Experience in the payments/billing/invoicing/issuing/banking/fintech space.
• Executive engagement with key decision makers; ability to build credibility at all levels.
• Strong communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define customer strategy with Stripe account teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and close complex opportunities; align with customer product roadmaps.
• Advise executives (CIO/CTO/COO/CRO/CDO) and heads of product engineering and payments.
• Design and apply Stripe solutions; articulate end-to-end transformation journeys with integrations.
• Lead strategic engagements, executive briefings, workshops and solution demos.
• Expand Stripe footprint to new markets and business units with new capabilities and local payments.
• Act as Voice of the Customer to inform leadership, product and engineering prioritization.
• Participate in sales forecasting and account/territory planning; travel up to 25%.
