Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to provide technical guidance to Stripe’s partners and drive growth through joint solution development.

You will work with partner organizations and customers as a technical counterpart to Partner Development Managers, shaping business plans and bringing to market services built on Stripe. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and has deep experience in solutions architecture

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solutions architecture or related client-facing tech roles.
• 5+ years in partner ecosystems (SIs/GSIs/ISVs).
• Proven ability to engage executives and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Strong group facilitation and leadership of customer/partner meetings.
• Solid understanding of APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn Stripe products (Payments, Billing, Connect) and advise customers.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/billing integrations.
• Independent, strategic thinker with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work with strategic consulting partners to build Stripe capabilities and grow joint business.
• Develop repeatable horizontal and industry-specific solutions with partners.
• Support strategic pre-sales opportunities and help secure joint technical wins.
• Create and execute technical enablement plans for priority partners.
• Lead technical discussions and solution deep dives to demonstrate Stripe value.
• Engage partner CTOs and engineering leaders to share roadmaps and define joint strategies.
• Guide partners through the sales and solution-design process.
• Educate Stripe’s sales teams on partner capabilities and use cases.
• Represent partner needs internally and in forums.
• Collaborate with Stripe Partner Advocates to drive adoption of Stripe products.
• Track progress, outcomes, risks, and opportunities through quarterly reviews and other forums.
