Job summary

Stripe seeks a Partner Solutions Architect for Consulting Partners to drive joint solutions with strategic partners. You will lead executive-level engagements, develop monetization strategies, and design scalable partner solutions leveraging Stripe APIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solutions architecture or similar customer-facing technical role in a global software company.
• 5+ years of experience working within partner ecosystems (SIs/GSIs/ISVs).
• Executive engagement skills with credibility at all levels.
• Strong facilitation skills for customer and partner meetings.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with ability to explain complex concepts.
• Ability to learn and advise on Stripe products (Payments, Billing, Connect, etc.).
• Understanding of ERP, CRM, billing, tax, and legacy systems in enterprise environments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills across multiple partners and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers across partner organizations and their customers.
• Provide business and technical thought leadership, and act as a trusted advisor.
• Help partners design business models that create monetization opportunities and growth.
• Develop repeatable horizontal and industry-specific solutions with partners.
• Support strategic pre-sales opportunities and secure joint technical wins.
• Create and execute technical enablement plans for priority partners.
• Lead technical discussions and deep dives to demonstrate Stripe value.
• Engage partner CTOs and engineering leaders to share roadmaps and define joint strategies.
• Guide partners through the sales and solution-design process for mutual success.
• Educate Stripe sales teams on partner capabilities, solutions, and use cases.
• Represent partner needs internally and provide feedback on Stripe products.
• Collaborate with Stripe Partners Advocates to drive innovation and adoption.
