Job summary

PagerDuty seeks a Principal Solutions Consultant to serve as the technical face of the company across the US region. You will bridge Customer needs with PagerDuty’s roadmap, evangelize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, mentor sales teams, and advise C-suite executives on AIOps, SRE maturity, and digital transformation.

You will partner with product and engineering leadership, guide complex enterprise opportunities, and help build resilient, autonomous operations for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within SaaS, DevOps, or Cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record of engaging with and influencing C-level executives at Fortune 500 or equivalent global enterprises.
• Proven ability to support and influence sales cycles with a solid grasp of sales processes and customer buying journeys
• Deep domain expertise in at least three areas: Incident Management, SRE, AIOps, Cloud Native Architectures, ITSM/ITIL, or Cybersecurity Incident Response.
• Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel across the US and occasionally overseas.

Responsibilities

• Act as a peer and advisor to customer CTOs and CIOs, helping navigate complex digital transformations and operationalizing PagerDuty Operations Cloud.
• Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at major industry events and through digital content, white papers, and local media.
• Partner with Global Product and Engineering leadership to ensure US market requirements are reflected in the long-term roadmap.
• Provide architectural oversight and executive presence for our most complex, high-stakes enterprise opportunities across the US.
• Foster a local community of DevOps and SRE leaders, sharing best practices on operational excellence and AI ethics in operations.
• Stay ahead of market shifts and technical trends to guide PagerDuty's strategy.
