Job summary

Freshworks Senior Solution Architect, Professional Services leads the solution architecture and executive consulting across the Americas. You’ll inspire and guide customer engagements from discovery through adoption and expansion with a people-first approach.

You will partner with Sales, deliver architecture designs, manage complex opportunities, and mentor consulting teams while aligning technical decisions with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Professional Services or enterprise SaaS delivery.
• Experience leading complex enterprise engagements from discovery and architecture through implementation and adoption.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ESM and ITIL practices is valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to CIOs/CTOs and connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
• Lead discovery and solution architecture engagements translating objectives into scalable designs.
• Guide customers through organizational change, technology adoption, and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide technical and consulting leadership throughout implementation and navigate delivery risks.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Engineering to ensure feasible and well-scoped opportunities.
• Create architecture diagrams, process flows, and integration designs to guide teams.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and expand deployed solutions as needs evolve.
• Advise on AI, automation, data governance, security, and governance considerations.
• Mentor architects and consultants and help establish best practices across the Americas.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex engagements across departments.
