Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Architecture Principal in the U.S. to lead digital architecture efforts, shaping technology direction and delivering high-impact, scalable solutions. You will mentor architects, drive modernization programs, and align architectural strategy with business goals across diverse client engagements.

The role requires deep expertise in AI-first architectures, enterprise integration, and cross-functional leadership across global teams, with strong communication to CXO levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital architecture initiatives across large programs.
• Strong grasp of SDLC and rigorous design standards.
• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies.
• Expertise in Digital and AI First architectures including UI/UX, API/Microservices, data/analytics, cloud and agentic AI.
• Previous role as Chief Architect or Architecture lead on multi-team programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to elicit requirements and align with market needs.
• Drive scalable and secure architectural designs compliant with standards.
• Lead solution evaluations and develop transformation roadmaps.
• Create integration roadmaps with risk-based milestones.
• Advise technical teams and client stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Drive performance optimization across enterprise architecture.
• Oversee dissemination of architectural knowledge and best practices.
• Contribute to proposals, GTM materials, and client engagements.
• Represent Infosys in industry forums and publications.
