Job summary

Harvey, the leader in AI-powered professional services, seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to bridge product and client-facing teams. You will translate complex requirements into secure, scalable architectures and guide customers from discovery through deployment and expansion.

You will partner with GTM teams, influence product roadmap from real-world feedback, and collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to enable trusted deployments across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or related roles.
• Experience designing enterprise SaaS or AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with pre-/post-sales collaboration.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and executives.
• Security, risk, and compliance stakeholder engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and deep-dive sessions with prospects, engaging stakeholders across engineering, IT, security, business teams, and executive sponsors, and owning pre-sales and post-sales technical conversations.
• Serve as the primary technical partner for key accounts, guiding customers from initial discovery through deployment, adoption, and ongoing expansion.
• Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to grow adoption and expansion within existing accounts, owning the technical relationship with customer engineering and architecture leaders.
• Design and articulate secure, scalable solution architectures that integrate Harvey into customers’ existing systems, workflows, and data environments.
• Collaborate with Harvey’s Security and Trust and Information Security teams to address customer risk, compliance, and data-governance questions and to shape scalable patterns for secure deployments.
• Act as the customer’s technical voice back into Harvey, influencing product roadmap and internal priorities based on real-world feedback and emerging post-sales needs.
