Job summary

Freshworks is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to lead the Americas FPS team, translating business outcomes into scalable Freshworks solutions.

You will guide engagements from sales through delivery, creating detailed designs and ensuring successful implementations across a mix of customers. You'll collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Support to drive adoption, reduce risk, and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT services and SaaS environments.
• Experience guiding customers in ITSM/ESM transformations.
• Able to read complex enterprise landscapes and propose feasible solutions.
• Strong leadership across Sales, Delivery and Expansion phases.
• Excellent listening and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical leader for the Americas FPS team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product/Engineering and Support.
• Translate high-level sales solutions into detailed designs for delivery.
• Design and architect Freshworks integrations and data flows.
• Provide training and mentor technical staff on engagements.
