Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.

• Identify and address risk areas to drive issue resolution.
• Negotiate solutions with customers and third‑party partners.
• Review artifacts to keep projects on track and scalable.
• Work with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to design technology solutions.
• Support program vision, case creation, and delivery monitoring throughout the lifecycle.
